Pretty cool domain name, don’t you think?
That’s what I thought until I got slapped with a
Cease and Desist (C and D) order from Frank Kern’s attorney.

I was trying to sell the domain name and website on auction
on Flippa.com

… when i got slapped with the C and D order.

I complied with the C and D order. I C and D’d (ceased and desisted)
the auction… ever though I had 2 solid bids… Over 300 pair of eyeballs
had looked at that auction (and it still had a solid 8 hours left to go).

So I ended the auction without accepting any bids.
I told the lawyer to tell Frank Kern to offer me any amount
of money for the domains and website design and copywriting
and I’ll turn everything over to him… immediately.

I’m offering an optimized website for Frank’s List Control program.
Nothing needs to be done.

The site is loaded with an effective sales letter.
Traffic will come automatically because of the domain name.

All Frank would have to do is point the traffic where-ever he wants it to go.

Frank can offer me what ever he wants for the site.
As little as $1 or as much as $100,000 - whatever he feels its worth!

Totally up to him… and I’ll turn everything over to Frank immediately.
No questions… No hassles.

Does that sound reasonable and fair?

All Frank Kern has to do is look at the site, offer whatever
the site is worth to him, and I’ll accept it … No questions asked.

What could be more fair than that?

But I have not heard back from Frank Kern or Frank’s attorney.
I wonder if the lawyer ever passed on the message to Frank?

How would she make money if it were just a simple transaction?
I really don’t know.

All I know is that when I was running the auction,
the lawyer had no hesitation in contacting me and threatening me.

Now I don’t hear from the lawyer anymore.
Hmmmm… I wonder why?

If anyone knows how to get in touch with Frank Kern,
tell him to read this post or the last post
so he knows what’s going on.

I’m anxious to get this over with.
