What You DON’T Know about losing fat bodyweight can hurt you!
Every diet book on the market boils down to 2 principles:
1) Limit your calories
2) Exercise
That’s it… That’s the secret formula that more than 1,000 diet books
“reveal.” However, you and I both know that this approach simply
does not work for most people.
And those that do lose weight, usually lose water weight, inevitably
gain ALL the weight back, plus a few extra pounds, as a bonus.
As we all well know by now, this is called yo-yo dieting.
What all the books don’t tell you about losing weight is that
it is NOT the total calories that you eat that counts.
Although calories do count, the key factor in losing fat is the
the ratio of proteins, fats and carbs that you eat.
That is the key factor.
Every individual has varying needs for the optimal amount and type
of carbohydrates, proteins and fats in their diet. This ratio varies for
each individual depending on their nutritional type.
One nutritional program size does not fit all.
There is no one perfect diet strategy that will work for everybody.
The diets that the so-called experts give you simply don’t work.
That is why 1 out of every 3 Americans are Obese…
Not simply overweight - but clinically obese.
This has a psychologically devastating effect on their self-esteem.
People look at them and judge them as weak-willed and think
they have no self control and no will-power and discriminate
against them… Body Image Discrimination (BID).
