Since I’m a Native New Yorker and everyone in New York City
is talking about the NY Yankees, I feel compelled to write about the game.
Although the Yanks did not have the “Happy Ending” that men desire,
it was still an exciting, sit on the edge of your seat ball game.
AJ Burnett, the Yankee’s pitcher on 3 day rest, lasted only 2+ innings.
Chase Utley blasted a 3 run homer in the 3rd and the Phillies took the lead 3-1.
When the Philly carnage was finished, Burnett gave up 6 runs, walked 4,
was constantly behind in counts and was finally ousted in the 3rd inning.
Then, in the 7th inning Chase Utley went deep again for his second homer
of the game (tying Reggie Jackson’s world series 5 homer record).
Score 7-2 Phillies.
Before the inning was ended, Philadelphia blasted another solo homer making
the score a heartbreaking 8-2. At that point, it looked like the game was over
for New York.
However, In the top of the ninth inning, the Yankee electricity began to flow.
The score was now 8-5 and the Yankees had 2 men on base with…
the Savior - Derek Jeter at bat.
Derelict Jeter hit into a double play.
But a run was scored making it 8-6.
Hideki Matsui then cracks a base hit keeping hope alive. A Homer would tie it up.
But just like in the poem - there was no joy in Mudville…
The Mighty Casey has struck out and the Yankees lost 8-6.
But, that’s OK.
The Yanks want to win in their home town in their new stadium. Phillies Folly will be on Wednesday!
The Yankees will be heading back home and resting up on Tuesday.
I will be writing about SEX. Make sure you bookmark this site and check back!

One of history’s most famous lovers, Casanova…
believed that cocoa was an aphrodisiac.
Not many people know that Giacomo Casanova
was employed to do some espionage work by Louis XV.
In his childhood Casanova suffered from nose bleeds,
and his parents thought that he would not live long.
Strong women dominated his life…
His mother and a witch helped him to stop the bleeding.
Later in his life he occasionally dressed himself as a woman.
He received a good education.
Casanova showed early extraordinary cleverness.
He studied at the University of Padua and at the seminary of
St. Cyprian from where he was expelled for scandalous conduct.
Drinking and Love Affairs ended his plans…
- to become a priest.
In 1746 Casanova was a violinist in the San Samuel theater
in Venice, Italy.
Casanova enjoyed good health until very late in life. He was 5′ - 9″ tall and he had a very dark skin.
Although his sex life was very lively, he did not enjoy
orgies, which were popular among the high society.
Casanova once said: “Real love is the Love that sometimes
arises after sensual pleasure: if it does, it is immortal…”
Casanova believed chocolate was an aphrodisiac.
Casanova was known as “The World’s Greatest Lover”
and he would shower his ladies with fine chocolates.
Now doctors have discovered a scientific link between the two. Healthy Chocolate increases the Sexual Appetite.
Scientists have unravelled chocolate’s psychotropic properties
and the effects it has on us.
Healthy Dark Chocolate contains phenyl-ethylamine
which is known to stimulate the release of dopamine into
… The pleasure centers of the brain.
It has been shown that not only does healthy dark chocolate increase thesexual appetite but also produces…
…A sense of elation similar to an orgasm.
Various chemicals found in cocoa create a sense of happiness
and well-being. Some research suggests that healthy chocolate
consumption can increase dopamine and serotonin activity
in the brain.
The proof is there and growing evidence strongly supports
the benefits of eating healthy chocolate.

A recent poll asked “Should Prostitution be Legalized?”
Here’s the opinion of Tracy Garrett which I found interesting…
I don’t understand why the debate over prostitution still exists.
Prostitution is an age-old profession that most often provides pleasure
or realization of a fantasy, whatever it may be.
As with any profession, when used for abuse or scamming,
it can be ugly. Look at the US government.
Sex is good for the health, so think of it as a health care profession.
By legalizing it, the government can tax the service, and help ensure
that people follow good safety guidelines while still having fun.
Why is it only women that are targeted in these debates?
There are plenty of male prostitutes.
But it’s the women that get attacked over “moral purity”
by earning an income with their personal assets and skills.
A female that goes to bars every night, gets drunk and screws anything
that walks their way is called a slut, a whore, a skank and they are gaining
nothing but a bad reputation.
News flash, females enjoy sex as much as men. So why not profit?
A man that does it, is not called any of those nasty names.
Basically, I believe that prostitution should be legalized.
It’s common knowledge that many folks partake and they should not be
legally penalized or ridiculed for getting a little jiggy just because their
“secret parts” are involved. That’s for the individuals to decide.
I believe that legalizing prostitution would take a lot of the abuse
of girls and boys, women and men out of the equation and provide
both sides with better safety regarding std’s, HIV, etc..
Shoot, people pass stuff along to their spouses, boyfriends, girlfriends, etc.
by having affairs or one-night stands with people they know nothing about.
It might also cut down on the “pimps”, sex for drugs, and forceful prostitution.
Licensing.
Now, I absolutely believe that no one, including spouses, boyfriends, girlfriends, etc.,
need to be told unless it becomes an issue between them.
Good relationships are not always just about sex.
Love is not always about sex-so many hold onto that moral misconception.
Some people are just built differently when it comes to those desires. Let it be.
If this is about “cheating”, I would much rather have my husband engage in sex
with a prostitute who was safe and clean, than have an affair where he becomes
emotionally involved with a person and may not be pro-active about their health.
To me, that is worse cheating than some horniness.
I’m actually the one that feels frisky but we have quite a bit of age difference
and medication is taking it’s toll on him.
I wish this issue could have some of the Taboo taken off it although,
that’s part of the fun.
Legalize it. And Pot.
Both better for us than alcohol, politicians and cops.

Hot Dates and Sex - 21 Day Mini-Program.
————————————————————————————————-<
A long, long time ago, the path from courtship to marriage was clear.
Women waited for men to ask them out, allowed men to pay for every
date, and breathlessly anticipated a marriage proposal.
Back then, the rules of courtship were clearly defined. There were
things a woman did … and things she should NEVER do.
Only a vulgar and shameless woman would pursue a man.
Many of today’s so-called “time-tested secrets” for meeting and
attracting Mr. Right come from that era, an age in which men were
MEN, and women were WOMEN, and gender roles kept them an
arms-length apart.
Playing by those rules today isn’t just old-fashioned; it’s just plain
limiting. Today, we as women have more freedom than at any other
time in human history. We can work in whatever job we want, live
wherever we want, and date whomever we want!
Why, then, would we
willingly step back under the yoke of courtship Do’s and Don’ts
designed in a culture that’s long past and good riddance?
Because, in the often-confusing modern dating world, rules make us
feel safe. Do’s and Don’ts can keep us from making mistakes. Dating
“rules” (like ending a phone call first, or not accepting a weekend date
after Wednesday) can prevent us from getting rejected.
Or can they?If you keep yourself from doing certain things around
men and make yourself do others based on FEAR that you’ll make
a mistake or FEAR that he’ll reject you, then you’re setting the
foundation for a relationship based on insecurity. If you keep yourself from doing certain things around men and make
yourself do others based on FEAR that you’ll make a mistake or
FEAR that he’ll reject you, then you’re setting the foundation for
a relationship based on insecurity.
It’s the same error our grandmothers and great-grandmothers made
so many years ago: they looked to the MEN to define whether they
were in a relationship, what form it would take, and how long it would
last.As a result, the only way women were able to influence the outcome
was through indirect means – such being mysterious, playing “hard to
get,” and not letting on how they felt – to get what they wanted.
Today, it’s wonderful that men and women both can be so open,
honest, and direct about topics that were taboo just a few
generations before. But with this freedom comes power … and a great deal of confusion.Even though the old rules were restricting, at least they gave us the
confidence of familiarity. We knew what to do. We knew what the
man’s role was, and we knew what the woman’s role was.
But if men and women each have an equal say in dating and
relationships, then who is supposed to make the next move …
and what even IS the next move?
The old dating Do’s and Don’ts simply are not flexible enough to
account for the way society has changed and the diversity of cultures
that exists.
That’s why I believe it is so important that we develop a new
paradigm for dating and relationships that reflects who we are as modern women in a modern dating world.
That’s why Amy Waterman, author of How to Be Irresistible to Men,
and Marie Forleo, author of Make Every Man Want You, got together
to produce a dating course unlike any other.
They set out to show how women can find out what to do in ANY
dating situation, in a way that’s appropriate, effortless, and
completely IRRESISTIBLE … all without resorting to outdated Do’s
and Don’t that may not even apply to them!
Their collaboration resulted in the riveting audio program, Make Every Man Want You MORE!
Over the six-lesson course, Amy and Marie lay out the essential toolsevery modern woman needs in a modern dating world, what it takes to move a relationship along from casual to committed, how to navigate tricky dating areas like communication, sex, “baggage” from your past, and more.
Single women today can feel enormously pressured to live up to a high standard in ALL areas of their life, from their careers to their appearance to their love life.
If you don’t want to settle for anything less than excellence in life
AND love, then Make Every Man Want You More will teach you
how to effortlessly and flawlessly achieve your goals.
Improved Nutrition -
Increase Energy, Better SEX, Lose Weight…
And it’s as easy as eating Unprocessed Dark Chocolate!
One of history’s most famous lovers, Casanova…
believed that cocoa was an aphrodisiac.
Now doctors have discovered a scientific link between the two.
Scientists have unravelled chocolate’s psychotropic properties
and the effects it has on us. Dark Chocolate contains
phenyl-ethylamine which is known to stimulate the release
of dopamine into the pleasure centers of the brain.
It has been shown that not only does dark chocolate
increase the sexual appetite but also produces…
…A sense of elation similar to an orgasm.
Dark Chocolate is also known to generate increased levels
of serotonin, a chemical naturally produced by the brain,
which is known to reduce anxiety.
[Studies have shown that those women consuming healthy dark
chocolate on a regular basis have the highest levels of desire,
arousal and satisfaction from sex.]
The study found:
“Women who have a daily intake of chocolate showed higher levels
of sexual desire than women who did not have this habit.
The scientific evidence combined with behavioral studies provides
a compelling argument for cocoa’s impact on our sexual drive.
The conclusion of the study is that women who consume large
quantities of dark chocolate have more satisfying sex lives.
High Fiber -
Healthy chocolate contains fiber, which aids the body’s digestive
system carrying proper nutrients and eliminating wastes
Lower Bad Cholesterol -
Studies on dark chocolate also showed…
An average 13% drop on levels of LDL (bad) cholesterol
Weight Loss -
A recent study from Japanese researchers found that cocoa…
…acts as an appetite suppressant with potential mood and
energy elevating chemicals, which contribute to weight loss.
Antioxidant Benefits -
An antioxidant is a molecule capable of slowing or preventing
the oxidation of other molecules.
The chemical reaction of oxidation…
…can produce free radicals, which start a chain reaction of
cell damage.
Antioxidants actually stop these negative chain reactions!
Many fresh fruits and vegetables have a high quantity of
antioxidants, but pure raw chocolate is chocked full of flavonoids,
which are some of the most powerful antioxidants on earth.
Healthy chocolate (cocoa) has an impressive ORAC.
ORAC (Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity)
Values as determined by the U.S. Dept. of Agriculture,
measure the capacity of a food to absorb oxygen free radicals.
(Healthy Chocolate contains 25 times the antioxidants of grapes)
Healthy Heart & Reduced Blood Pressure -
In a recent study, participants enjoyed a twelve-point
reduction in systolic (top) blood pressure.
Dark chocolate improved the health of blood vessels in study
participants by making arteries more relaxed and responsive.
Improved Insulin Levels -
The measurement of sensitivity (predisposition to diabetes)
was also improved in patients.
Increased supply of crucial minerals -
A high magnesium intake is shown to lower blood pressure
and reduces the risk of heart attacks, stroke, diabetes,
and osteoporosis.
Relief from Inflammation -
Healthy chocolate is high in antioxidants, which relieve
inflammation and protect against radiation.
A growing body of research shows that chronic inflammation
is strongly linked to various conditions ranging from cancer
and cardiovascular disease to diabetes and dementia.
Body Cleanse -
Cocoa has enjoyed centuries of use as a food staple
and in folk medicine to cleanse and detoxify the body.
Improved Mental Health -
Several studies have shown that cocoa may help protect
the brain and improve cognitive functioning.
Omega-3 Fatty Acids -
Studies suggest that essential fatty acids like omega-3
fatty acids can help improve brain function, protect against
inflammation, reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease and
promote immune function.
Sense of Well-Being -
Various chemicals found in cocoa create a sense of happiness
and well-being. Some research suggests that healthy chocolate
consumption can increase dopamine and serotonin activity
in the brain.
The proof is there and growing evidence strongly supports
the benefits of eating healthy chocolate.
Make Healthy Chocolate a part of your daily diet! Increase Energy, Better SEX, Lose Weight…
* Is Good For Your heart
* Is Natures Perfect Anti-Aging Food
* Helps Control Appetite and Aids In Weight Loss
* Contains more Antioxidants than any other food
in the typical American diet
* Can help in the lowering of blood pressure
Over the centuries, chocolate has come full circle.
Most of the modern world currently views chocolate
as a tasty but quite unhealthy indulgence.
It is a delicious candy meant for only occasional consumption.
But health-conscious consumers are now learning
that dark chocolate, devoid of some of the unhealthful ingredients
possesses some impressive health properties.
Chocolate can be very good for you.
In the last five years science has finally begun to discover
the actual health benefits of cocoa, especially promising in
the area of phytonutrients, polyphenols, and flavonoids.
However, not all chocolate is created equal.
Most candy bars and chocolate foods commonly found
in grocery stores are not what you’re looking for.
These are typically high in refined (white) sugar, milk fats,
and hydrogenated oils—ingredients that replace the truly healthful
nutrients found in cocoa.
It’s important to remember that what makes chocolate healthy
is the chocolate itself — that is, the pure cocoa that comes from
the bean of the cacao (pronounced kah KOW) plant.
Studies confirm that the chocolate products with the highest levels
of polyphenols and procyanidins should contain at least 70 percent
pure cocoa powder.
What this means is that, while it’s not necessarily bad to have
“milk” chocolate, which contains a higher percentage of cream or milk,
the more pure cocoa the chocolate contains, the more beneficial it will be.
Bitter is better.
Also, many chocolate confections are processed using a procedure
known as “Dutching,” which neutralizes the chocolate’s acidic flavor
and modifies its color by adding alkali-potash to the cocoa nibs
before roasting.
However, this alkalinization process also removes most of the
chocolate’s natural polyphenols. Another process commonly used
by confectioners that can damage cocoa’s healthy nutrients is roasting:
When chocolate is prepared above 100 degrees Fahrenheit,
its antioxidant compounds are destroyed.
So when looking for a healthy chocolate product, look for a dark
chocolate product with the following properties:
* Has not been alkalized.
* Has been dried and cool-pressed rather than roasted.
* Consists of at least 70 percent pure cocoa.
* Contains cocoa butter instead of milk fats or hydrogenated oils.
* Contains natural, low-glycemic sweeteners—such as raw cane
— rather than refined sugar.
Dark Chocolate can:
- Fight aging
- Protect the heart
- Relieve inflammation
- Fight cancer
- Protect Blood Vessels
- Protect against and Chronic Disease
- Protect against Free Radical Damage.
- Provide Stamina and Energy for Sex
- Aid in Weight Loss
Dark Chocolate Improves Endothelial Function, and is…
an Antioxidant Powerhouse.
One of history’s most famous lovers, Giacomo Casanova
believed that cocoa was an aphrodisiac.
Now doctors have discovered a scientific link between the two.
Scientists have unravelled chocolate’s psychotropic properties
and the effects it has on us. Dark Chocolate contains
phenyl-ethylamine which is known to stimulate the release of dopamine
into the pleasure centers of the brain.
It has been shown that not only does dark chocolate increase the
sexual appetite but also produces a sense of elation similar to an orgasm.
Chocolate is also known to generate increased levels of serotonin, a
chemical naturally produced by the brain, which is known to reduce anxiety.
In addition to this scientific evidence, a great deal of behavioral
research has been done to study the sexual behavior of women who eat
a lot of chocolate and those who don’t.
Women who eat dark chocolate regularly have a better sex life than
those who deny themselves the treat. Those consuming chocolate
on a regular basis have the highest levels of desire, arousal and
satisfaction from sex.
The study found: “Women who have a daily intake of chocolate
showed higher levels of desire than women who did not have this habit.
The scientific evidence combined with behavioral studies provides
a compelling argument for cocoa’s impact on our sexual drive.
The conclusion of the study is that women who consume large
quantities of chocolate have more satisfying sex lives.
So if you want a better sex life, give your lover some chocolate!
There is a trick to the chocolate though, you have to eat it raw.
