I purchased the domain name:
www.Frank-Kern-List-Control.com - from Dotster.com

I built a phenomenal site for Frank’s Launch of the same name.

I offered the site for sale at auction at Flippa, so that Frank Kern
or one of his affiliates can make use of the domain name and website.

I get slapped with a C and D (Cease and Desist order) from Frank’s attorney,
Denise M. Gosnell.

In spite of what Frank Kern’s attorney says,
i legally own the domain name. I purchased it from Dotster.com.

Now at this point, I’ve got an auction going for the domain name and site.

I had 280 pair of eyeballs viewing the domain auction on Flippa
and I had 2 solid bids with 8 hours left in the auction.

I could have let the auction run to the end, sold the domain name
and website to the highest bidder, collected my money and moved on.

The attorney can go after the new owner if she wants. Not my problem.
Instead, I decided to do the honorable thing and end the auction.

I sent a letter to Frank Kern through his attorney stating that
I don’t want any hassle with Frank Kern… I’m a big fan of his.

I’m willing to give him the site that I built specifically for him or one
of his affiliates, which promotes his new product… List Control.

Gary Halbert would have charged Frank $10 Grand to write a sales letter
like that (PLUS a percentage of the profit)…

All I ask is that Frank pays me what he think the site is worth to him.
Even if it’s only $1 (One Dollar).

I’ll accept the offer as binding and hand over the site and domain name.
No hassle, no problems… Easy Peasy!

What could be more fair or simple than that?

We don’t need a lawyer for this. I’ll just hand everything over.
Unfortunately, I haven’t heard back from Frank’s attorney…

I wonder if she even passed on the message to Frank.
Is she a Lawyer or a Layer?
